At Luxe Angel, your satisfaction is our top priority. If, upon receiving your order, you are not fully satisfied or notice a manufacturing defect, we guarantee your right to an exchange or refund, as outlined below:


๐Ÿ“ฆ 1. Dissatisfaction with the Product

You may request a return for any reason within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.


โš ๏ธ 2. Product Defect

If your product presents a manufacturing fault, you have up to 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a refund or exchange.

To proceed, simply contact our support team and submit your request.


โ›” Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled while in transit, as the product is already on its way to the recipient.

A full refund will only be issued if the order is not delivered within 90 calendar days from the shipping date.


๐Ÿšš Return Conditions โ€“ Dissatisfaction

To qualify for a return based on dissatisfaction:

The product must be unused and in perfect condition

It must be returned in its original packaging, including the postal packaging with the shipping label

Failure to meet these conditions may result in refusal of refund or exchange

Once the item is received, our team will inspect it to ensure it complies with our return policy. If approved, you may choose between:

An exchange for any other product available in stock

A full refund of the value paid for the returned item(s)


๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Product Warranty

All products are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery.

To activate the warranty, customers must provide clear photos or a video (up to 1 minute) demonstrating the defect.
The original shipping packaging with visible label must also be shown in the video or photos โ€” this is mandatory.


๐Ÿ’ณ Refunds for Credit Card Payments

Full returns paid by credit card will be refunded directly to the card.

Partial returns will be refunded via bank transfer to the original purchaser, within 15 business days of receiving the returned item.

Once the refund has been processed, it may take up to three billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your card provider and billing date.
